Glenkirk and Search grew out of a grassroots movement of people and families to strengthen their local communities from the “bottom-up”. Early pioneers in the community-based nonprofit delivery of services for people with developmental disabilities, Glenkirk and Search have grown to become critical parts of healthy communities in Illinois. Glenkirk and Search help people and families help themselves so they in turn can contribute to their local communities.
